Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain GPU SDK components and libraries for graphics and compute applications
  • Implement advanced rendering techniques using HLSL compute shaders and graphics pipelines
  • Profile and optimize GPU workloads across different hardware architectures
  • Develop comprehensive API interfaces and documentation for external developers
  • Collaborate with hardware teams, game developers, and ISVs on SDK features and performance
  • Debug complex GPU issues and provide technical support to SDK users
  • Create sample applications, benchmarks, and best practice guides

Requirements:

  • Strong HLSL and Direct3D 12
  • Solid GPU pipeline and compute architecture understanding
  • GPU profiling and performance analysis tools
  • Strong parallel algorithms and GPU patterns
  • API and SDK design experience
  • Strong C++ (C++17/20)
  • Cross-platform development

Nice-To-Have Background:

  • DXGI Swap Chain experience
  • HIP and ROCm programming
  • Shader compilation pipelines and intermediate representations
  • GPU performance optimization techniques
  • ML frameworks and GPU acceleration
  • Development tooling and automation
  • Validation frameworks and testing methodologies
  • GPU hardware architecture knowledge
  • Vulkan or Metal experience
