**Staff Networking Validation Engineer at Qualcomm China** Leverage 6+ years in networking development, testing, and debugging to excel as our Staff Networking Validation Engineer. Proficient in C/C++, with hands-on experience using network test equipment (Ixia, Spirent) and LeCroy protocol analyzers. strengths in ASIC design/verification, and exposure to AI-enabled networking workflows, customer support, and/or development are preferred. Key responsibilities include pre- and post-silicon validation, driving results through strong ownership and cross-functional collaboration. Fluent in both Chinese and English.

Education:
BS/MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Experience:
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Hands-on programming experience in C and/or C++
- Experience in networking development, testing, and debugging.
- Experience using network test equipment, such as Ixia or Spirent.
- Experience with LeCroy protocol analyzers and Lauterbach TRACE32 is preferred.
- Experience applying AI-enabled workflows to networking development and testing is preferred
- Hands-on experience with network customer support or development is preferred
- Hands-on experience with ASIC design and/or verification is considered an advantage
Requirements:
- Highly self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and the drive to deliver results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
Description of Function & Responsibility
- Perform pre-silicon and post-silicon validation of networking products.
- Collaborate with software teams, customer engineering teams etc. to reproduce, validate, and debug technical issues.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across global locations.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.OR
Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
