- Act as the technical lead for security IP opportunities, helping customers understand how Synopsys solutions address their security and architecture requirements.
- Guide customers in evaluating and selecting Security IP solutions including cryptographic accelerators, Root of Trust solutions, Physical Unclonable Functions (PUF), Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), and interface security technologies.
- Engage directly with system architects, security teams, hardware designers, firmware developers, and technical management to understand customer objectives and constraints.

- Deliver technical workshops, presentations, and demonstrations that communicate both technical value and competitive differentiation.
- Collaborate closely with account teams to define technical strategy for strategic opportunities and customer engagements.
- Work with product management and R&D teams to communicate customer requirements, market trends, competitive intelligence, and enhancement requests.
- Represent Synopsys at industry events, conferences, customer workshops, and technical forums.
- Contribute to internal technical enablement, best practices, and knowledge sharing across the Applications Engineering organization.
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor IP, ASIC/SoC development, embedded systems, hardware security, or related technical fields.
- Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Experience discussing technical solutions with architects, designers, engineering management, and executive stakeholders.
