Meet your team:

In the Financial Services Compliance & Business Resiliency Team the BCM Team is responsible for strengthening organizational resilience governance, ensuring critical services remain available during disruptions, and driving compliance with internal and external resilience requirements. The team works across business and technology functions to enhance business continuity, resilience, and regulatory compliance capabilities.

 

Role Summary:

As an Information Security Compliance Specialist within the BCM team, you will drive compliance and resilience initiatives across the organization. The role combines strong compliance expertise with solid project management capabilities. You will be part of cross-functional initiatives, coordinate regulatory and audit activities, and support the implementation of business continuity and resilience, risk management, and governance requirements.

 

What you`ll do:

  • Participate in BCM and resilience-related compliance initiatives and projects across multiple stakeholders.
  • Drive implementation of regulatory, security, risk, and operational resilience requirements across business and technology organizations.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve BCM governance frameworks, standards, procedures, and controls.
  • Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, actions, and reporting for BCM initiatives.
  • Coordinate business impact analyses, continuity planning, resilience assessments, and testing activities.
  • Support internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and remediation activities.
  • Provide compliance guidance on frameworks such as ISO 22301, ISO 27001, DORA, NIST, SOC1/SOC2 and related control requirements.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and translate requirements into actionable implementation plans.
  • Prepare management reporting, executive presentations, metrics, and compliance status updates.
  • Partner with risk, security, legal, procurement, cloud, and operational teams to strengthen organizational resilience.

 

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in information security compliance, governance, risk management, business continuity, resilience or related areas.
  • Good knowledge of compliance and control frameworks including ISO 22301, ISO 27001 and third-party risk management principles.
  • Project management skills with experience in cross-functional initiatives and driving complex remediation programs.
  • Experience engaging with auditors, regulators, risk functions, and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret regulatory and policy requirements and convert them into practical actions and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation capabilities.
  • Professional certifications such as ISO 22301 Implementer/Auditor, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or equivalent are advantageous.
