Introduction: Within ASML, Physical Security is a critical component in protecting people, assets, intellectual property, and business continuity. RBA&S Physical Security operates in the Second Line of Defense and focuses on ‘why’ and ‘what’ the organization needs to do to remain secure, for instance by defining global security policy, advise on site-specific measures and validate implementation. The RBA&S Physical Security Innovation team is part of RBA&S Physical Security. Innovation plays a key role in keeping our security capabilities resilient and future‑proof. To support this, the team is responsible to shape the future of physical security through innovation, architecture, and governance. This is done through building a structured approach that ensures new ideas are systematically identified, assessed, tested, and embedded within ASML’s Physical Security Framework.
