**IT Manager (Israel, Full-time)** - Lead and grow our global IT team as a hands-on, distributed environment manager. Key responsibilities include global employee lifecycle management (onboarding-offboarding), endpoint fleet management, and overseeing JAMF and core SaaS platforms. Manage vendor relationships and security, ensuring reliable, secure, and delightful IT experiences for a fast-growing, remote-first SaaS company.

Team: CTO

Location: Israel

Type: Full-time

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a hands-on IT Manager to own and scale our global IT operations. As a fast-growing SaaS company with employees across multiple sites and time zones, we need someone who can build reliable, secure, and delightful IT experiences for every employee - from day-one onboarding to day-to-day support. You will lead a small IT team, own our device and application management stack (JAMF, EDR, and our core SaaS platforms), and manage the vendor and consultant relationships that keep our environment running. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a distributed, remote-first environment and wants to shape how a modern SaaS company runs its IT.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Global employee onboarding & offboarding — own the end-to-end IT lifecycle for employees worldwide: provision accounts and access, prepare and ship devices, and run first-day setup, plus secure offboarding and access removal.

  • Endpoint & device fleet management — own the procurement, imaging, deployment, maintenance, inventory, and lifecycle of laptops and endpoint equipment across all sites; manage warranties, refresh cycles, and stock levels.

  • Own and maintain JAMF — administer JAMF (Jamf Pro) for application distribution, configuration, patching, zero-touch enrollment, and policy/compliance enforcement across the Apple fleet.

  • Core SaaS & collaboration platforms — administer and optimize Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, and related tools — managing users, groups, licenses, security settings, and integrations.

  • Endpoint security (EDR) — deploy, monitor, and maintain EDR tooling across the fleet; partner with Security on endpoint hardening, compliance, and incident response.

  • Vendor, consultant & outsourcing management — own relationships with IT vendors, MSPs, consultants, and outsourced partners; negotiate contracts, manage SLAs, control spend, and hold partners accountable to delivery.

  • Support remote & distributed sites — deliver responsive, high-quality IT support to remote employees and satellite offices; build documentation, self-service, and processes that scale across time zones.

  • Team leadership — manage and mentor a small IT/helpdesk team, set priorities, and drive service quality and continuous improvement.

  • Systems, access & automation — own identity and access management (SSO/MDM), automate repetitive workflows, and continuously improve reliability, security, and the employee experience.

  • WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • At least 3 years of IT experience within SaaS / technology companies, including hands-on ownership of IT operations in a scaling environment.

  • Proven experience administering JAMF (Jamf Pro) for macOS/Apple fleet and application distribution and management.

  • Strong hands-on expertise with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, and EDR / endpoint security tooling.

  • Experience managing global endpoint fleets — procurement, deployment, and lifecycle of laptops and equipment.

  • Track record owning vendor, consultant, and outsourced-partner relationships, including contracts and SLAs.

  • Excellent communication skills and proven experience supporting remote employees and distributed / multi-site teams.

  • Solid grounding in IT security and compliance best practices (IAM, MDM, SSO, endpoint hardening).

  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

  • NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in a high-growth or globally distributed SaaS company.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Jamf Certified Admin, Google Workspace Administrator, Microsoft 365, ITIL, CompTIA).

  • Scripting / automation skills (Bash, Python, or PowerShell) for provisioning and workflow automation.

  • Familiarity with IAM/SSO platforms (e.g., Okta) and MDM for mixed macOS/Windows fleets.
