Description -

Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for driving moderately complex activities to ensure the security and integrity of an organization's systems, processes, and data.

  • The role involves gathering evidence, analyzing data, and collaborating with various teams to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.

  • The role identifies security risks and priorities related to organizational functions and establishes long-term security goals.


Responsibilities

  • Delivers tactical security support to specific divisional/regional operations, manages one or more security programs focused on an aspect of security fundamental to organizational security strategy.

  • Provides guidance and support to site and subsidiary security operations, ensuring organizational standard are implemented.

  • Assesses security exposures and implements programs to address them, influencing stakeholders and clients as required.

  • Conducts and supports investigations within the region or elsewhere as requested by Global Security Management

  • Provides support as directed in areas of executive protection, crisis management, site security, brand security, etc.

  • Provides training and awareness programs for employees and stakeholders on security best practices.

  • Develops and maintains security data to enable trending and return on investment analysis, maintains incident reporting database and measures.

  • Assesses and monitors the security practices of third-party vendors providing services to the organization.

  • Develops and implements security policies, procedures, and controls for organizational systems; maintains liaison with government, industry, and intelligence professionals.


Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Law Enforcement, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in law enforcement, military, intelligence, specialized security systems, or a related field.

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

  • Industry Certifications (CISM, CISA or similar)
