**Role:** Security Business Partner - Netherlands **Responsibilities:** Collaborate with stakeholders to build security strategies, drive security awareness, and manage security projects. Conduct risk assessments, control evaluations, and implementation of security controls. Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR) and maintain security documentation. **Skills & Experience:** Proven experience (7+ years) as a Security Business Partner or similar role, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills. Expertise in GRC tools (e.g., RSA Archer, MetricStream), risk management, and security controls (e.g., IAM, Incident Response, Security Operations). Familiarity with Dutch data protection laws and local business landscape. Languages: Fluent English, proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2 level).
