KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Workday Security to join our Advisory Technology Organization.
- Plan and execute client engagements focusing mainly on Workday security implementation and assessment of Workday environments
- Evaluate the design and effectiveness of Workday configurable controls
- Work with clients to identify opportunities for improvement in the areas of Workday security and controls
- Supervise Associates on engagements
- Lead meetings with clients related to Workday security and controls
- Help coach and train team members to grow the Workday knowledgebase of the team
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum two years of recent experience or two or more full lifecycle engagements implementing Financials or Human Capital Management with hands-on Workday implementation experience
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university; Certifications in Workday Financials or Human Capital Management
- Project or team lead experience within a consulting firm is preferred and demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives
- Desire to grow skills and knowledge and become an expert with Workday security and controls
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines while taking accountability and resolving issues
- Ability to Travel 80%
