TPRM Risk Analytics & Supplier Assurance is a key division within Danske Bank’s Third-Party Risk Management organisation. Our newly formed team is responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing the third-party risk rating model, as well as supervising the bank’s portfolio of third parties.
We are seeking a Senior Risk Specialist to join our team of experts, helping us fulfil our dual mandate of managing risk and ensuring the efficient onboarding and oversight of third parties. You will:
- Support the development of third-party risk rating models to enhance the risk assessment process
- Maintain and update underlying risk assessments associated with the models
- Define and implement effective controls to mitigate identified risks
- Monitor emerging and potential risks, adapting strategies and models as needed
- Collaborate closely with data analysts to improve risk evaluation processes
- Facilitate communication and integration between data analytics and the Central Risk Assessment Methodology (CRAM)
- Address and resolve gaps identified within CRAM procedures in collaboration with subject matter experts across the bank
- Promote TPRM best practices to enhance risk awareness among colleagues and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
About you:
- At least 3 years of experience in non-financial risk management, enterprise risk management (ERM), third-party risk management, or operational risk management within the financial services industry
- Experience working with cybersecurity, data privacy, and information security
- Strong understanding and experience with core regulatory requirements such as GDPR, DORA, and outsourcing, as well as industry best practices
- Professional skills, individual drive, curiosity, and a pragmatic approach to complex problem-solving
- Upper-intermediate English language skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and assess risks
- Ability to foster collaboration, working seamlessly within and across teams
- Education degree in business, risk management, information technology, or a related field
- Can have a background in procurement, legal, or audit/control assurance with an interest in expanding into third party risk management

Monthly salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
