**Service Manager IAM – International Defence (m/w/d)** Oversee IAM (Identity & Access Management) services in international defence projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams, define service strategies, improve service quality and manage service level agreements. Key responsibilities include stakeholder communication, risk management, and incident management. Required skills: Proven experience (5+ years) in IAM or similar fields, strong project management, stakeholder communication, risk management, and incident management skills. Experience with defence industry-specific systems an asset. Proficiency in IAM tools (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, OneLogin) is mandatory. Experience level: Senior, mid-level experience in IAM or similar roles beneficial. Location: Düsseldorf/ Köln, Germany.
