- 1+ years of operations experience in Unix/Linux environment is essentialStrong HTTP knowledge at the protocol levelKnowledge of TCP/IP networking, firewalls, switching and routing is essentialGood problem solving and troubleshooting skillsHighly motivated and responsible quick learnerFamiliar with system installations, configurations, and troubleshootingKnowledge of at least one scripting language: Shell, Ruby, Perl, Python, etcAble to read and understand at least one higher level language, e.g. CKnowledge of general QA procedures and methodologies as well as developsfundamentalsAble to communicate effectively, both verbal and writtenEducational Requirement:B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience

The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be between $68,900 - $84,200 annually. Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labour market, job type, and job level. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate’s subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, and experience.
