What you will be doing
As a Business Analyst in our People Insights Squad, you will be at the heart of transforming how Danske Bank uses workforce data. Working within the People Tribe, you will partner closely with HR leaders, business managers, and stakeholders to create a culture where data guides decision-making and insights are accessible to everyone.
- Maintain and enhance HR dashboards using Tableau, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Partner with business leaders to translate needs into actionable analytics opportunities
- Deliver clear reports and dashboards that inform strategic and operational decisions
- Train and educate business users to promote self-service analytics capabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data quality and reporting processes
- Support adoption of best practices in HR analytics and data-driven culture
About you
- Experience in people analytics, HR reporting, or business data analysis
- Strong proficiency with Tableau or similar BI tools for dashboard development
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management and educational skills around data and analytics
- Excellent communication skills with diverse audiences
- Continuous improvement mindset with agile approach to problem-solving
Experience with HCM reporting systems like Oracle HCM, Workday, or SuccessFactors would be valuable. Familiarity with SQL, Python, AWS, or Databricks, along with basic statistical concepts, would be beneficial additions to your skillset.

Monthly salary range from 2600 EUR to 3900 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
