As a Business intelligence analyst, you'll have to develop, implement and maintain data solutions in SQL and Tableau, - in order to meet bank's needs by leveraging data from across the organization. We hope you enjoy finding pragmatic and effective solutions.
We expect you to be a true team player – close collaboration with our data analysts and data engineers is a key to success. In addition, your role will include documenting of developed data and visualization solutions, that requires careful approach of its’ creation

The position will be based in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

You will:
- Design, develop, and optimise ETL processes in SQL or Databricks to support seamless data integration and efficient reporting workflows
- Leverage data solutions to create, maintain, and improve Tableau reports, ensuring they meet strategic and operational needs for decision-making
- Enhance and customise existing Tableau dashboards to align with evolving requirements, particularly those from senior management
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, interpret, and validate data requirements, ensuring accurate fulfilment and delivery of reporting solutions
- Identify, validate, and optimise data sources to support the creation of efficient and accurate Tableau visualisations
- Document ETL processes, data models, and reporting solutions with precision to ensure clarity and consistency for future use and scalability
About you:
- 2+ years of experience in complex data preparation and integration tasks, including applying statistical or advanced data analytics techniques, with extensive expertise in SQL and/or Databricks for developing scalable and efficient ETL processes
- Proven ability to identify, validate, and optimise data sources to ensure seamless integration and efficient workflows for reporting and analysis
- A degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, computer science, or a related discipline, showcasing strong analytical and data management capabilities
- Experience in documenting ETL workflows and data solutions and collaborating with stakeholders to understand and fulfil data requirements effectively
- Advanced English skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts in both written and verbal forms

Monthly salary range from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
