Would you like to turn data into clear insights that support important business decisions? Do you want to use visual analytics and data storytelling to make complex information clear and actionable? Join us in the Financial Data Analytics team in Danske Bank as a data analyst and help the senior management in Personal Customers understand performance, identify opportunities and take informed action.
In this role, you will combine dashboard development, data transformation and analysis. You will work closely with colleagues across the CFO Area and Personal Customers, while continuing to build your skills in data storytelling, SQL and Python.
Financial Data Analytics is part of Business Divisional Finance in the CFO Area. We connect strategy, execution and business drivers with financial outcomes at a customer- and product-level. Our work gives top management in Personal Customers a clearer view of performance and supports decisions across strategy and execution in a data-driven manor. The team brings together data collection, transformation, visualisation and analysis. We work collaboratively, share knowledge and focus on solutions that are accurate, explainable and useful to their audiences. Financial Data Analytics consist at the moment only of Danish employees but looking to expand in Lithuania.
We are looking for an analytical and curious person with effective communication and storytelling skills. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders, and you are comfortable developing solutions through dialogue and feedback, and you want to use your business intelligence skills and interest to build trusted, reliable and user-centred dashboards that empower informed data-driven decisions.
Your will :
- Develop, maintain and improve interactive Tableau dashboards that make performance management easier to understand
- Design, build, and maintain ETL flows using SQL, Python and SSIS
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear, user-intuitive reporting and help stakeholders to become truly data-driven
- Document dashboards, calculations and data sources so that solutions are transparent and maintainable
- Supporting data analysis and share knowledge across teams
About you:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience developing dashboard in Tableau, Power BI or similar tools
- Curiosity and a genuine interest in using data and visualisations to solve business problems
- Attention to detail and data quality and an interest in dashboard design and user experience
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Python and eager to learn new technologies
- A relevant bachelor’s degree or higher in areas such as data, technology, finance, business analytics, mathematics or statistics
- Good written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate insights and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Monthly salary range from 3200 EUR to 4800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
