**Data Analyst - Risk Advisory Services and Support (Vilnius, Lithuania)** Drive business intelligence for Security, Risk and Controls (SRC) by designing, developing, and maintaining data-driven reporting solutions. Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
Technology Risk, Controls and Resilience (“TRCR”) is a dynamic function within the Security organisation, with 50+ colleagues across Denmark, Lithuania and India. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join Risk Advisory Services and Support, helping improve information and reporting across Security, Risk and Controls (“SRC”) to enable better business intelligence and informed decision-making.
In this role, you will design, develop and maintain reporting solutions that combine data from multiple sources and turn it into clear, actionable insights. You will work across TRCR and SRC, combining business analysis, stakeholder engagement and hands-on data analytics to support transparency, prioritisation and maturity across the function.
We support workplace flexibility through a hybrid model, with at least 3 days per week in the office.
You will:
- Design, develop and maintain Tableau dashboards with KPI insights based on joined-up data
- Build, update and optimise Alteryx workflows for data analytics and reporting
- Integrate data from APIs, databases and other structured sources
- Translate business needs into structured data solutions, reporting requirements and practical analytics outputs
- Deliver data-driven insights that highlight trends, risks and areas for maturity uplift
- Engage with stakeholders across TRCR and SRC to clarify reporting needs, priorities and support adoption
About you:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analytics, reporting, risk, technology or a related field
- SQL knowledge, including writing and optimising queries for data extraction, transformation and analysis
- Experience with Tableau and Alteryx would be an advantage
- Ability to understand business needs, engage with stakeholders and translate requirements into data solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and identify practical improvements
- Ability to communicate (in English) data insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A curious, proactive mindset and comfort working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities

Monthly salary range from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross (based on competencies relevant to the role).
