Small, ambitious team building something from the ground up, with real scope to shape the culture as it grows.


What you'll do

  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and platforms powering analytics and AI-driven products

  • Develop and maintain production-grade applications and APIs

  • Design data pipelines pulling from internal and external sources into shared platforms

  • Write automated unit, integration and end-to-end tests

  • Keep systems reliable and data quality high to support real decision-making

  • Deploy cloud-native infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code

  • Work closely with data scientists, consultants and clients day to day


What we're looking for

  • 3-6 years in a software or data engineering role

  • A strong degree in Computer Science or a quantitative field

  • Solid experience building data-intensive applications and pipelines

  • Strong Python and SQL, comfortable with large volumes of data

  • Experience with data-matching, reconciliation or entity resolution

  • Some experience with distributed computing (e.g. Spark, Databricks), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), orchestration tools, or modern DevOps practices

  • Good understanding of distributed systems and software architecture

  • Strong communicator, self-motivated and detail-oriented

  • Bonus: interest in financial services, risk or consulting
