Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
Join our ESG Risk Data Solutions squad where you can make real impact to the banks customers. Our goal is to provide compliant and accessible ESG risk data foundation through robust and trusted models to support risk management, regulatory reporting, and advisory insights by leveraging scalable technologies with built‑in capability to integrate AI‑driven solutions.
You will partner with product owners, analytics engineers and platform, security and governance teams to deliver secure, high‑quality solutions with real impact across the Group.
You will:
- Design, develop, and optimise data pipelines and ETL processes to support ESG-related systems.
- Build reliable and scalable data solutions that ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
- Develop, own and maintain new and existing ETL and CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in data governance.
- Drive innovation and efficiency in data management for better decision-making and customer outcomes.
- Help and work towards the migrations to AWS and Databricks
About you:
- 2+ years as a Data Engineer or similar role, with strong ETL, data modelling, and SDLC knowledge.
- Advanced SQL skills (T-SQL/PL-SQL).
- Strong Python and PySpark experience, proven track record building robust and scalable solutions.
- Experience with Databricks or AWS (certification preferred).
- Familiar with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Familiar with CI/CD and automated testing/deployment.
- Able to understand both high-level data flows and detailed dependencies.
- Clear communicator in English, able to explain IT concepts to non-technical colleagues.
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, or Mathematics preferred.
- Genuine interest in risk management.

Monthly salary range from 3040 EUR to 4560 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
