Key job responsibilities
This Data Engineer role will design, build, and maintain data pipelines and integrations across multiple source systems in a global environment. They develop ETL processes and APIs, manage data warehouse schemas, and ensure data quality across all stages from ingestion to consumption. This opportunity requires strong technical skills in AWS data services, SQL, and pipeline orchestration, along with analytical, business intelligence, and problem solving abilities.

About the team
LeaseTech manages and supports Amazon's global real estate lease administration technology infrastructure, by providing standardized tools, training, and processes to ensure accurate lease accounting, payments, and reporting across business units and regions.

Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years of data engineering experience
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience with SQL

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM roles and permissions
- Experience with non-relational databases / data stores (object storage, document or key-value stores, graph databases, column-family databases)
