Job Description

Your Role

The Head of Client Reporting - Americas is a senior leadership role responsible for leading the strategy and delivery of client and product reporting across the region. This individual will drive innovation, automation, and data-driven reporting solutions while ensuring accuracy, transparency, and regulatory compliance.

Partnering closely with clients and key business stakeholders, this leader will enhance the client experience, support business growth, and advance digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate combines deep investment management expertise with a strong track record of client engagement, operational excellence, and leadership.

The Responsibilities you bring:

Reporting Strategy & Delivery

  • Lead all client and product reporting activities across the Americas, including factsheets, regulatory reporting, and customized client reporting solutions.

  • Develop and execute a forward-looking reporting strategy aligned with business objectives and client needs.

  • Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of reporting products while maintaining strong governance and control standards.

  • Drive reporting innovation through automation, digital solutions, analytics, and enhanced data capabilities.

  • Establish scalable operating models that improve efficiency and support future growth.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients, consultants, and distribution partners.

  • Serve as the executive point of contact for strategic reporting discussions, escalations, and client feedback.

  • Create structured client feedback and governance programs to continuously improve reporting products and services.

  • Partner closely with Distribution, Product, Client Service, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver solutions that address evolving client expectations.

  • Represent the reporting function in client-facing discussions, industry forums, and strategic planning initiatives.

Innovation & Transformation

  • Lead the modernization of reporting platforms and digital experiences.

  • Champion the adoption of advanced analytics, data visualization, and client insight capabilities.

  • Leverage technology to enhance automation, scalability, consistency, and accessibility of reporting services.

  • Monitor market trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory developments to ensure reporting capabilities remain industry-leading.

The Experience you Bring:

  • Extensive leadership experience in client reporting, product reporting, investment operations, or information management within asset management or financial services.

  • Proven success leading geographically dispersed teams in a global organization.

  • Strong understanding of investment products, institutional and retail distribution models, and regulatory reporting requirements.

  • Experience driving large-scale transformation initiatives, automation programs, and operational improvements.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and build strong partnerships across business functions.

  • Track record of developing client-focused solutions that enhance service delivery and business outcomes.

  • Deep expertise in reporting platforms, data management, analytics, and digital reporting solutions.

  • Strong understanding of investment operations and end-to-end reporting processes.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into execution.

  • Strong risk and control mindset with experience operating in highly regulated environments.

  • Proven ability to lead through change and deliver results in complex organizations.

  • Bachelor's degree required and Advanced degree such as an MBA, Master's, or equivalent preferred.
