In this role, you will:
- Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
- Use advanced knowledge of computer software programs; particularly Microsoft Office Suite®, database management systems and graphics programs
- Work collaboratively with various teams on initiatives related to PLTE and CAS systems, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
- Use your understanding of supply chain and process mapping
- Use excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to present information, assist with focus groups and project planning, while communicating clearly to all levels of the organization
- Reporting on dispatch KPI's and working directly with dispatch to further implement dynamic dispatch.
- Participate in fieldwork to gather data and immerse yourself in projects, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of operational processes.
- Demonstrate an ability to maintain a positive attitude when dealing with challenges and delayed timelines
- Other responsibilities as required or as assigned
Requirements:
- Working towards an Undergraduate degree in Finance or Engineering
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Motivated self-starters with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a dynamic work environment with a willingness to work outdoors and able to operate vehicles at our operations, in various weather conditions and terrain
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with a capability to communicate complex ideas to all levels and partners
