This is an emerging Amazon Logistics (AMZL) delivery channel on an exponential growth trajectory in the AMET region (Egypt, UAE, Turkey, Saudi Arabia).

Hub Delivery in UAE is seeking a dynamic, autonomous and well-organized OTR Manager for the Hub Delivery program. This role will manage end to end planning of capacity, fleet management across the UAE AMZL Network, partnering with Country ACES, SnOP, Central Operations, AMZL Operations and other key stakeholders.


Key job responsibilities
Design, model, and implement capacity planning tools and processes for Hub Delivery across the UAE AMZL Network, ensuring scalability and alignment with stakeholders. Drive improvement initiatives for existing processes to meet cost and customer experience goals, using data-driven insights to identify and prioritize opportunities.
Gather and analyze operational data to establish network-wide standards in partnership with cross-functional teams, ensuring consistency and best practice adoption across all delivery stations.
Build strong partnerships with operations field leaders and stakeholders (Central Operations, SnOP, DSP teams, Country ACES) to understand improvement opportunities and remove operational barriers.
Analyze and solve operational blockers with a focus on root cause analysis, driving forward sustainable solutions that improve network performance and partner experience.
Innovate to continuously improve customer experience while removing cost and complexity from the fulfillment network through process optimization and automation.
Represent UAE Hub Delivery operations in regional and global forums, providing insights, updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of advanced skills in Excel as well as any data visualization tools like Tableau or similar BI tools (familiarity with Tableau preferred)
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience working with technical and business stakeholders from global cross-functional teams
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in managing and troublshooting network and experience in technical support

Preferred Qualifications

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 6+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience with programmatic process development and implementation
- Experience with data analytics platforms (Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau), or experience using Oracle
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration, or Master's degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
