Danske Bank is looking for a motivated Data Engineer to join the People Tribe and help modernise the HR data landscape. You’ll work on a digital-first HR transformation, building modern data solutions that improve workforce experiences and support the bank’s wider digital agenda. This is a chance to make a real impact by shaping next‑generation data capabilities in a leading financial institution.
You will:
- Join the team as a Senior-level Data Engineer
- Establish HR data platform base using Databricks hosted on AWS
- Train and lead junior/mid-level people in the team
- Share knowledge and promote best practices within the Data Engineers in the Tribe.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Data Engineer
- Hands-on experience with PySpark
- Proven experience building data pipelines in Databricks
- Ability to implement Medallion architecture as a data design pattern from scratch
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Being able to gather domain knowledge/requirements from the business stakeholders

Monthly salary range from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
