Services Master Data Associate

Job Summary

Provide comprehensive support for new product setup including cost and pricing setup.

Manage queries and escalation related to product setup.

Address complex sku system dependencies and ensure accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for end-to-end service master data setup in S4 and other relevant systems, including pricing and cost components.
• Prepare, maintain, and ensure accuracy of the product setup master data.
• Manage customer escalations and queries with efficiency and professionalism.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation to support service operations and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding product setup and data management.
• Support reporting and analytics related to service product master data.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members, ensuring clear understanding of processes and tools.

Education & Experience Recommended

• High school diploma and university graduate.
• Typically has 4 to 6 years of related working experience in material master data setup and preferably familiar with SAP.
