What you'll do:

• Build client-specific AI solutions that solve complex enterprise business challenges using the latest AI technologies and large language models.
• Design and develop AI Agents capable of autonomous decision-making and multi-step workflow execution integrated with SAP systems.
• Leverage AI at every step of development — from requirements analysis and architecture design to code generation, automated testing, and deployment.
• Drive AI Enablement across the team by introducing AI-powered tools, copilots, and best practices into daily development workflows.
• Build cloud-native SaaS applications on SAP BTP following modern web development principles and software engineering standards.
• Collaborate with global development teams, contribute new AI-driven ideas, and actively shape the team's evolving AI culture.
  

What you bring:

You are customer-focused and passionate about building AI-powered software that delivers real business impact. You are organized, curious, and committed to quality. You love finding new ways to solve customer problems — and you're excited about what AI makes possible. We don't expect you to know everything already - you'll have time to learn, and we'll help you. 

• Programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Experience with AI frameworks and LLM integrations (e.g., Claude, Cline, OpenAI, SAP AI Core)
• Web technologies and frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Node.js, React, REST APIs)
• Cloud platform experience: SAP BTP, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Basic DevOps experience is a plus (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker)
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies
• Quality mindset, clear written and spoken communication, fluent English
