This role is integral to our mission of modernizing Shared Services by leveraging process optimization, automation, and AI-driven solutions. As a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, you will identify transformation opportunities, shape use cases, and drive the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. Responsibilities

• Partner with Shared Services stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Shape use cases for AI, automation, and process transformation, aligning with business priorities.
• Gather, document, and refine business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Support the end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives, ensuring successful implementation.
• Drive process mapping, optimization, and reengineering to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with technology, data, and product teams to develop solutions that meet business needs.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to drive alignment and decision-making among stakeholders.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes to both business and technical teams.
• Support change management initiatives for the successful adoption of new tools and processes.
• Quickly learn new business domains and contribute flexibly to evolving priorities.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Management Consultant, or similar role with a strong business focus.
• Proven track record in transformation, process improvement, or strategic initiatives.
• Proficiency in business process mapping and optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and a talent for stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and actionable plans.
• Experience in financial services is preferred.
• Exposure to AI, automation, or emerging technologies is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build credibility and quickly learn new business domains.

 

Compensation: $130,000 - $170,000 Base Salary
