As Chapter Lead you will work closely with end users, get hands-on exposure to the major GenAI providers and their latest developments, and collaborate in a set-up split between Denmark and India—an environment designed for learning fast and building at scale.
Furthermore, you will;
Lead and mentor a diverse team of developers specialising in AI, agentic workflows and machine learning.
Dedicate time to hands-on development, working on innovative solutions and AI-powered tools and agentic flows.
Drive the skill development of team members in areas such as AI, agentic flows and protocols.
Provide technical guidance to AI engineers and full-stack developers, creating a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration
Collaborate with wide group of stakeholders to drive innovation and deliver business value
Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI and apply them to solve complex business challenges
What we imagine you bring
Solid industry experience in software engineering
Leadership experience, with experience in mentoring and developing technical teams
Experience with building agentic AI solutions and/or machine learning development.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions for complex problems
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams across diverse locations.
A proactive, self-driven mindset, with the ability to perform both independently and as part of a team
