Introduction: The Security Culture Program at ASML helps strengthen awareness, decision-making, and positive behaviors across a global organization. Within this program, the Behavioral Insights Workstream uses data to better understand behavioral outcomes and support continuous improvement initiatives. As a intern, you will help transform data from multiple sources into actionable insights that support measurement, learning, and future program development. You will work with real business data, identify meaningful patterns, and help improve how behavioral insights are communicated across the organization.
