**Join ASML's Hsinchu team as a D&E Optical Proximity Correction Application Engineer, focusing on next-gen machine learning and physics-based lithography models for advanced semiconductor manufacturing.** Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance model accuracy, performance, and scalability. Analyze customer data, drive innovation in machine learning and GPU acceleration, and deliver customer solutions. Requires Master's/PhD, experience in machine learning/data analytics, semiconductor manufacturing familiarity, and strong analytical/collaboration skills.

Introduction to the job: Join ASML's Computational Modeling Team to develop next-generation Machine-learning and physics-based lithography models for advanced semiconductor manufacturing. You will work closely with leading semiconductor companies to deliver innovative modeling solutions that improve accuracy, performance, and scalability for future technology nodes. Role and responsibilities: • Develop and validate computational lithography models, including machine learning and physics-based models.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve model accuracy, runtime, and scalability.• Analyze customer characterization data and perform model calibration.• Support verification and production deployment of modeling solutions.• Drive innovation in machine learning modeling, GPU acceleration, and advanced process modeling.• Work closely with global teams and customers to resolve technical challenges and deliver customer solutions. Education and experience: • Master or PhD degree preferred. • Experience in machine learning, data analytics, or numerical modeling. Skills: • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, lithography, OPC, or computational imaging is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Other information: This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
