Supply Chain Planning & Optimization

 

What role you will play in our team

 
Generate an accurate sales forecast that serves as base for EM Supply Chain planning, playing a key role as the strategic link between Sales, Marketing, and Supply.
 
 

What you will do

 

  • Generate a reliable forecast that depends on the quality of sales history, collaborative Market Intelligence, and optimal algorithm parameters in the system.
  • Provide a timely forecast to Supply to ensure that the right product is in the right place at the right time to meet customer orders.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to understand changing customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Maintain historical demand information.
  • Follow a scripted Demand Planning Monthly Cycle that aligns with industry best practice.
  • Leverage system tools to identify opportunities for forecast improvements.
  • Monitor system data quality and integrity and fix data related issues.
  • Measure forecast performance and adjust processes in order to drive long-term improvement.
  • Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Meetings.
 

About you

 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in: Engineering, Business Administration or Related Fields
  • Demonstrate sound business judgment, decision making skills, and customer focus.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast paced environment.
  • Interface effectively with other functions, collaborative
  • Strong data analysis skill set with ability to demonstrate.
  • SAP Knowledge.
  • Microsoft Excel and Access. Ability to build and execute queries, databases, and spreadsheets.
