What role you will play in our team
What you will do
- Generate a reliable forecast that depends on the quality of sales history, collaborative Market Intelligence, and optimal algorithm parameters in the system.
- Provide a timely forecast to Supply to ensure that the right product is in the right place at the right time to meet customer orders.
- Work with Sales and Marketing to understand changing customer needs and market dynamics.
- Maintain historical demand information.
- Follow a scripted Demand Planning Monthly Cycle that aligns with industry best practice.
- Leverage system tools to identify opportunities for forecast improvements.
- Monitor system data quality and integrity and fix data related issues.
- Measure forecast performance and adjust processes in order to drive long-term improvement.
- Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Meetings.
About you
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in: Engineering, Business Administration or Related Fields
- Demonstrate sound business judgment, decision making skills, and customer focus.
- Ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast paced environment.
- Interface effectively with other functions, collaborative
- Strong data analysis skill set with ability to demonstrate.
- SAP Knowledge.
- Microsoft Excel and Access. Ability to build and execute queries, databases, and spreadsheets.
