Job Description:

As a Fault Detection Support Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, analysing, and supporting the resolution of network-wide issues across our global EV charging infrastructure. You will go beyond traditional reactive maintenance by utilising data analytics, trend analysis, and predictive tools to detect early signs of failure and recommend preventive interventions. Your work will help ensure optimal uptime and user experience across thousands of assets worldwide.

Shift Timing : 12.30 PM - 9.30 PM IST

Responsibilities:

Monitor EV charging assets using advanced diagnostic tools, analytics platforms, and performance dashboards to detect real-time anomalies and fault patterns.

Perform trend analysis and develop insights to predict potential failures before they impact network performance.

Collaborate closely with engineering, field service, and data analytics teams to validate findings and support the resolution of identified faults.

Develop and maintain fault detection workflows and SOPs to optimize asset integrity and uptime.

Create and deliver regular fault performance reports, including root cause analyses and predictive maintenance recommendations.

Continuously refine and enhance monitoring systems by feeding insights back into automation, and asset management strategies.

Support field technicians to improve first-time fix rates and reduce operational inefficiencies.

Support the development of the global maintenance strategy by aligning fault insights with business scalability goals.

Experience & Qualification :

  • 2+ years of experience in asset monitoring, diagnostics, or maintenance planning, preferably within EV charging, renewable energy, telecom, or similar industries.
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with data analytics tools, databases, and visualization platforms (e.g., PowerBI)
  • Knowledge of IoT systems
  • Demonstrable ability to interpret technical data and troubleshoot remotely.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with global teams.
  • Passion for innovation, sustainability, and improving user experience through operational excellence.
