The Performance Success team leads measurement, optimization, and performance storytelling, helping clients understand the impact of their investment and driving renewal and growth through insight-led narratives.

About the Role

Reporting into the Senior Manager, Performance Success, the Manager, Performance Success is responsible for campaign measurement, performance optimization, and developing narrative-driven recaps that connect performance to client KPIs and business outcomes.

This role sits at the intersection of analytics, client strategy, and storytelling. The ideal candidate can synthesize complex data, uncover strategic insights, present to stakeholders of varying seniority and media expertise, and help drive innovation in measurement, attribution, and reporting through automation and AI.

You Will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on campaign performance, reporting, and optimization once programs launch

  • Monitor campaign delivery and performance across content, media, social, and custom programs; identify risks, opportunities, and optimization strategies

  • Develop narrative-driven recaps that connect campaign performance to client KPIs, business goals, and overall program impact

  • Present performance results, insights, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders across varying levels of seniority

  • Execute and optimize paid social and paid distribution campaigns across key platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, Google, Taboola/Outbrain)

  • Identify opportunities for campaign renewals, extensions, and optimizations based on performance insights

  • Contribute to the evolution of measurement frameworks and help drive innovation in reporting and insights through automation, AI tools, and workflow improvements

  • Educate internal teams (Sales, Planning, Client Success, Marketing, etc.) on content and media best practices.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital media, analytics, campaign performance, or a related field

  • Experience managing multi-channel digital and social campaigns

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights and recommendations

  • Strong client‑facing communication and presentation skills and comfort leading performance conversations.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment; project management tool experience (e.g., Asana) is a plus.

  • A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with high attention to detail and a collaborative, "can‑do" attitude

Base Pay Range: $85,000 - $105,000
