Position Responsibilities:

Drive quality initiatives, process changes, and other Lean initiatives supporting fulfillment center (FC) and other functional areas. Oversee safety, quality, performance, and customer experience of Inbound or Outbound operations. Set expectations for Operations and Area Managers, measuring performance and providing feedback for them and their departments. Oversee creation of improvement plans and share best practices for functional areas. Partner with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT, and other Sr Managers to secure resources and support for projects and initiatives.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have two years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) experience analyzing large, complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities; (2) experience extracting actionable insights from operational metrics and translating them into business impact; (3) experience using data visualization tools to communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences; (4) experience performing cost-benefit analyses to evaluate process improvements and capital investments; (5) demonstrated understanding of financial metrics including operating margin, cost per unit, and return on investment; (6) experience applying statistical methods to operational problems (regression analysis, hypothesis testing, forecasting); (7) experience designing experiments to test process improvements and validate results; (8) experience building predictive models to forecast demand, capacity needs, and resource requirements; and (9) experience developing scenario analyses to plan for various operational conditions.
