Amazon Logistics Japan is looking to hire an experienced Forecasting Specialist to lead a team in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) that impact the direction of the whole JP network. You will be driving the continuous improvement and operational excellence projects in Japan to deliver a world class customer experience. Your hands-on leadership, operational instincts, and sharp analytical skills, paired with the ability to build and leverage relationships across a broad stakeholder landscape, will empower you to tackle industry-level strategic challenges with creative, scalable solutions.

Operating with significant autonomy and discretion, you will drive the development of solutions to some of the company's most challenging business issues and help scale the network rapidly and safely with your strategy. You must be curious, and willing to try, to learn and to collaborate with amazing teams.

Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years of team management experience
- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience articulating complex concepts to cross-functional audiences in business-proficient English

Preferred Qualifications

- Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese
- Experience in supply chain
- Knowledge of data analytics with tools such as Tableau, SQL, Quick-sight
