Seeking **Senior IC Process Engineer** for **TSMC Taiwan**'s **TaiNan** fab. Primary **responsibilities** include defining, qualifying, and implementing **process modules** for ** logic & memory products**. Must have 10+ years in **semiconductor fabrication**, with expertise in **etching**, **deposition**, and **chemical-mechanical planarization (CMP)**.
