**Admissions Associate-Advisor Trainee** role involves monitoring mailboxes, allocating debt/funds submissions, and handling queries from public and internal departments. Responsible for reviewingcompany admission requests to Euronext markets, liaising with listing agents and regulatory bodies, ensuring a positive customer experience. Duties include other administrative tasks. Requires customer-centric approach, excellent attention to detail, query management skills, and strong communication. Advantageous: Law/Finance degree and securities market experience.

Role and Key accountabilities

The Admissions Intern will have responsibility to:

  • Monitor mailboxes and allocate debt and funds  document submissions / listing applications to team members within our system.
  • Deal with/allocate queries from public and listing agents and other internal Departments.
  • Deliver a positive and differentiated experience to Euronext customers at all times.
  • Review applications from companies seeking admission of their debt securities to listing and trading on Euronext markets.
  • Liaise with listing agents, legal firms, service providers and international financial firms on issues arising on listing applications.
  • Liaise with the Central Bank regarding regulatory matters related to listing and prospectuses
  • Other administration work, as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

Essential:

  • Customer centric approach with the ability to put our clients first.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills as well as the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven query management, communication and business writing skills.

Desirable / Advantageous:

  • Experience and/or a qualification in law, business, finance or a related area.
  • Knowledge/experience of financial products and securities markets will be a distinct advantage.
