**Advertising Inventory Specialist** in Creator Ad Partnerships maintains manual ad inventory systems, ensuring accurate deal capacity data. Responsibilities include managing inventory management systems, inputting and reconciling data from multiple sources, performing daily data integrity audits, processing inventory holds and adjustments, generating routine reports, and collaborating cross-functionally. Key job responsibilities
Manage and maintain manual inventory systems, including inventory management system
Input, update, and reconcile inventory data received from multiple sources (Sales, Partner Management, Ad Ops)
Perform daily audits to ensure data accuracy and flag discrepancies
Process inventory holds, releases, and adjustments based on deal activity
Generate routine inventory reports and surface availability issues
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather required data inputs
Support the transition to an automated system by maintaining data hygiene during migration

Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze large sets of data- 2+ years of experience in an inventory management, ad operations, or sales support function
- Experience performing data audits and identifying discrepancies across multiple data sources
- High school diploma
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field- Experience working in a sales or sales support role
- Experience working within a high-growth technology company
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Partner Management, Ad Ops) to gather data inputs
- Experience supporting system migrations or maintaining data hygiene during tool transitions
- Experience generating inventory reports and surfacing availability issues
