We are an international team, which is part of the Global Welcoming department. Our job is to ensure that our customers have a smooth experience joining Danske Bank while at the same time we are fulfilling all regulative requirements and mitigating risks.

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).
You will:
- Create customer profiles while following KYC, AML, and compliance requirements
- Communicate with customers via email to guide them through the requirements and obtain missing information
- Create products and services after onboarding
- Collaborate with various stakeholders
- Work on improving and optimizing the process using LEAN principles
About you:
- 1+ Years of Experience in a back office or financial institution would be a beneficial factor
- Good communication skills
Analytical thinking
Strong sense of ownership
Ability to work with high volumes & repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to learn
Team player with positive, proactive attitude
- Willingness to develop and grow
- Higher education would be a beneficial factor
- Upper Intermediate English language skills (spoken and written)

Monthly salary range from 1480 EUR to 2220 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
