**AML Officer** needed for inclusive onboarding team in Vilnius, Lithuania. Handle end-to-end customer onboarding, focus on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) processes. Liaise with international customers via phone or email to collect documents and guide through application processes. Key responsibilities include AML/KYC profiling, customer communication, and agreement preparation. Collaborate with Danish colleagues. Requires AML/KYC proficiency, excellent communication skills, and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Hybrid work model, no relocation allowance.

We are seeking a friendly and cooperative team member to join a group that handles end-to-end onboarding for international customers.
To polish the customer experience in our bank, we introduced an online application allowing customers to apply for a bank account just by staying at home. Your focus area will be contacting the customers directly (via phone or e-mail mostly) to check if any onboarding–compulsory information is missing.
Assuming the strict requirements of AML, you will also be working on the Know-Your-Customer (KYC) section, which requires various details of the customer provided.


The workplace is located in Vilnius, Lithuania. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office). This role does not include a relocation allowance.

You will:
•    Create a profile of the customer in the KYC section
•    Contact customers directly via phone or e-mail attempting to collect missing documentation and information as well as guiding customers through an application form or packages we offer
•    Prepare and send the agreements to the customers depending on the products chosen
•    Collaborate with colleagues from front offices in Denmark via e-mail or phone
•    Constantly improve and optimize processes using Lean principles

About you:
•    1+ Years of experience with financial sectors or back office would be considered a benefit
•    Good communication skills
•    High level of accuracy, quality, and attention to details and analytical thinking
•    Ability to learn quickly and work in a dynamic environment where changes are frequent
•    Team player with a flexible attitude and can-do attitude
•    Upper-intermediate (written and verbal communication) skills in English
•    Higher education

Monthly salary range from 1480EUR to 2220EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
