**AML Specialist Advisor** for Welcoming & Orchestration Services, Vilnius: Drive onboarding's KYC and AML compliance, delivering excellent customer service. Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

We are seeking a candidate with KYC experience and exceptional customer service skills to join our onboarding team in multinational Welcoming & Orchestration Services Department.

As an AML specialist advisor you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with KYC and AML regulations while delivering excellent service to our business customers onboarding to the bank. 

If you are motivated, customer centric, have good attention to detail and strive in operational enviroment you will be a valuable edition to our team of 12 dedicated colleagues.

*Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority in the role.

You will:

  • Perform CDD for our business customers based on KYC and AML requirements
  • Familiarise yourself with relevant SOPs and apply their requirements in each case, proactively flagging any unclear or contradicting information you identify
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from multiple market areas 
  • Constantly improve and optimize processes using Lean principles

About you:

  • Previous experience in financial sectors and/or back office 
  • Excellent  communication skills
  • High level of accuracy, quality, and attention to details
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a quick-changing environment and quickly adapt to changes
  • Team player with an open mind and can-do attitude
  • Upper-intermediate (written and verbal communication) skills in English
  • Higher education

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1800 EUR to 2700 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
