Your Area of Work:

Responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of fund registration, regulatory reporting (UCITs, PRIIPs, MIFID, AIFMD, SFDR/EET standards), and data management services, ensuring high-quality client service and compliance with regulatory requirements.

 

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support fund registration and maintenance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Perform quality control checks on regulatory reports and ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams for document collection, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Analyze ESG data and regulatory disclosures, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Assist in the design and maintenance of fund structures and data management systems.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated on regulatory changes.

 

 

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Economics, Data Management, or related field (post-graduate preferred).
  • 1–2 years’ experience in investment funds, regulatory reporting, quality assurance, or data management.
  • Understanding of fund industry, UCITs, PRIIPs, MIFID, AIFMD, SFDR/EET standards.
  • Strong technical aptitude; familiarity with data validation tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
