- Participating in technical campaigns such as benchmarks, deployments, and flow enablement to improve usability and adoption of new solutions.
- Advocating for customers by communicating their needs and feedback to product development teams, influencing product roadmaps and future technologies.
- Contributing to Synopsys’ Knowledge Base with technical articles that provide self-help guidance and front-line support to customers.
- Rolling out new product methodologies through training sessions and ongoing technical support to ensure customer success.

- Enhancing internal knowledge sharing by developing technical resources and mentoring team members.
- B-Tech or equivalent with a minimum of 6+ years of experience, or M-Tech or equivalent with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in physical implementation.
- Deep expertise in implementation methodologies, physical design, and Synopsys tools such as Fusion Compiler or ICC-II (or equivalent).
- Thorough understanding of RTL-to-GDS flows, methodologies, and challenges.
- Proficiency in scripting languages including Tcl, Perl, and Unix; knowledge of Python is a strong advantage.
- Experience in static timing analysis (STA), low power flows, and design planning.
- Proven track record of participating in multiple chip tape-outs, ideally at 7nm or lower nodes across various foundries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; prior customer-facing experience is a plus.
