Role and responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Operations Lead end-to-end intercompany (ICY) settlement operations across Asia, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and reconciliation enhancements across multiple entities. Provide KPI reporting, business insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders, identifying risks and improvement opportunities. Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance with tax, FX, and regulatory requirements across Asia. Lead internal and external audit activities and strengthen controls through proactive risk identification and mitigation. Partner with cross-functional teams to assess business changes and maintain effective, compliant processes. Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary regional contact for ICY-related matters across Asia. Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Logistics, and Compliance teams to resolve issues and drive operational improvements. Build strong relationships with regional and global stakeholders to support effective decision-making and communication. People Leadership Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 members across Korea and China. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing. Education and experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 12–17 years of accounting, finance, or finance operations experience in a multinational environment. Strong experience in intercompany accounting, settlements, or shared service operations. Solid understanding of tax and FX compliance across Asia. 2+ years of people leadership experience, including remote or cross-border team management. CPA and SAP experience are a plus.
