Minimum fifteen years of recent, progressive experience in public accounting or a senior leadership role within a corporate tax department or extensive experience with US tax compliance for large partnerships
Advanced degrees from an accredited college or university such as MST or JD and CPA are preferred; minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in accounting, finance, or related field is required
Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale, complex tax compliance projects and leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint), including mastery of advanced Excel features; experience with tax compliance software such as Thomson Reuters GoSystem and BNA Superforms
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at the executive level, influencing decision-making and driving organizational change, with a track record of successfully delivering results in environments with shifting deadlines and priorities; five years
experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on mentoring, succession planning, and talent development
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex tax issues to senior management and external stakeholders; demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in tax processes and systems
