**Business Support Executive and Company Secretary**: manages CEOs' administrative tasks, meeting agendas, and travel schedules. Ensures smooth board and committee operations, coordinating meetings and preparing reports. Drives key business initiatives and supports internal/external events. Requires experience in business support roles, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with board docs management tools. Business Support Executive and Company Secretary

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets?

We are looking for a Business Support Executive assuming the role of Company Secretary to join the Euronext Dublin team.

The position will be based in Dublin, and start 1 September 2026. You will report to the Euronext Dublin CEO.

You will primarily be responsible for:

Business Support Executive areas:

  • Support the CEO and senior management with business tasks and activities, including preparing agendas and presentations, reports, background materials for meetings, recording meeting notes and tracking and monitoring action.
  • Support the CEO with travel preparations, calendar management and expense management.
  • Assist with organising and running key business initiatives e.g., IPO Ready Organize and run the Euronext Transition Year student programme
  • Coordinate charity partnerships
  • Attend and/or provide support and some levels of coordination for internal and external events.

Company Secretary areas:

  • Coordinate board and committee meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking and follow-up on action points
  • Coordinate the preparation of board reports including the Business Report, CEO Report and Benchmark Administration Report.
  • Manage Company Registration Office filings - financial statements, directors appointments and resignations, etc.
  • Participate in Group company secretary meetings and prepare and present group policies for local Board approval.

Your profile:

  • Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information
  • Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with the management team and key external stakeholders
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written, strong drafting skills and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work proactively, often to tight deadlines
  • Creative Problem-solving and adaptability

Preferred:

  • At least three years’ experience in a similar company secretarial or business support role, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment
