**Job Title:** Client Advisor - WM APAC, Switzerland, China Team in Zurich **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as a Credit Analyst for structured loan transactions, supporting underwriting, recommendations, and decision-making with the Credit Officer. - Independently assess credit risks, engaging with the front office to align transactions with UBS's risk appetite. - Lead due diligence processes, identifying key business drivers, risk issues, and information gaps. - Perform comprehensive financial analysis for transactions and borrowers, covering financial, commercial, legal, tax, environmental, and structuring aspects. - Develop financial models, producing Base and Downside cases reflecting key drivers and due diligence findings. - Contribute to written credit memos for Senior Management, assign risk ratings, and prepare reporting deliverables. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Proven experience in credit risk, structured finance, or related domains. - Strong financial modeling expertise, with the ability to produce accurate and insightful Base and Downside cases. - Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting financial, legal, and environmental data. - Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and challenge assumptions during due diligence processes. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders and contribute to credit memos. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
