  • Driving equipment problem-solving efforts with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and follow-through
  • Building and improving preventive maintenance strategies, recovery procedures, and documentation that strengthen execution consistency
  • Providing technical support to manufacturing equipment repair, maintenance, and process engineering organizations
  • Partnering effectively with technicians, process engineers, manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to solve problems and improve results
  • Keeping current on equipment manufacturers’ technical notices, upgrades, and safety issues
  • Identifying opportunities to simplify work, improve systems, and develop practical solutions that increase efficiency and strengthen execution over time
  • Driving innovation through creative problem solving, continuous improvement, and a willingness to take on difficult technical challenges

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Physics, or a related engineering degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment as an Equipment Engineering Tool Owner

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct 300mm equipment engineering experience in CMP and/or Wet systems
  • For CMP backgrounds, experience with AMAT and/or Ebara platforms
  • For Wet backgrounds, experience with TEL, LAM, and/or Screen platforms
  • Experience troubleshooting tool reliability, driving failure reduction, and improving long-term equipment performance
  • Experience with equipment maintenance systems, technical documentation, and building sustainable operating procedures
  • Experience using tool monitoring, factory systems, and equipment data to support prioritization, problem solving, and action planning
  • Working knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, SPC techniques, and cleanroom protocols
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues and translate findings into sustainable corrective actions
