**Experienced Manufacturing Engineer needed by Cymer Korea** to maintain, improve, and manage production processes, ensuring superior quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: sustaining and optimizing processes, routers, and MES data; enhancing system/module quality, test yields, and cycle times; implementing SPC and quality KPI; managing configuration tasks; leading technical projects; creating and overseeing project schedules; and providing training and support. Proven expertise in yield analysis, DOA/DMR management, and Six Sigma methodologies required, with a focus on product development and production. Proficient in tools like MES, SPC software, and CAD. Minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing, preferably with semiconductor exposure.
Role and responsibilities: Maintenance of existing processes, procedures, routers & MES master data Improvement of overall system/module quality, test yields, and process cycle times. Implementation and maintenance of SPC and quality KPI (Statistical Process Control) Execution of Configuration Management deliverables for MFG engineering Provides technical expertise for the department with a focus on new and existing product development and production activities Develop and manage master engineering schedule for all projects. Lead, coordinate, and supervise others to achieve all plan objectives of the master schedule. Technical project management along with the ability to research, investigate and evaluate technical processes Create and coordinate project timelines and associated process flows in order to understand, communicate and meet project milestones such as launch dates, lab testing dates, Manage the laser system and tools or instrument used in various processes including Machining. Provide training and support to supervisors, inspectors, team leads and floor employees in areas of critical importance. Yield analysis and improvement based on sound engineering approaches. DOA (Dead On Arrival, a part that is defect before installation or within 24 hour after part installation and recovery) /DMR (Discrepant Material Report, Procedure for analyzing and processing component defects found in production): Root Cause Analyses, containment plans, corrective & preventive action plans related to process issues/gaps. Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree or above like Mechatronics, Mechanical engineering, Electronics, Electric engineering, (Applied) Physics, or comparable. 6-12 years of experience in industry or laser products Experience in Psychics, Electrical, Mechanical, Optics or related engineering field Preferred experience with laser and optic technology and others key modules Skills: Fluency in English (speaking & writing) Good key stakeholders management. Operation management with coordination skills and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and flexibility with positive mind and responsibility.
