About the Team:

The Office of the CEO is a highly collaborative, fast-moving team at the center of the organization, working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to help drive key business priorities forward. Supporting the Chief of Staff to the CEO, you’ll be part of a team that values organization, discretion, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to moving the needle within the organization.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Chief of Staff to the CEO.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across executives with evolving business needs. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains confidentiality, and demonstrates initiative and good judgment.

Five days a week in our midtown Manhattan office is required.

You Will:

  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings, across time zones

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries

  • Process expense reports, purchase orders, and invoices in a timely manner

  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items

  • Assist with business operations functions such as document organization and communications planning

  • Act as a liaison between leaders and internal/external stakeholders

  • Prioritize tasks and allocate time effectively between executives

  • Assist with presentation creation, report formatting, and internal communications

  • Maintain and organize documents, files, and business records

  • Coordinate team events, off-sites, and virtual/in-person meetings

  • Support onboarding of new team members or vendors

You Have:

  • 5-7+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives, preferably in a global organization

  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail, Calendar), and familiarity with tools like Zoom, Concur, and Slack

  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

  • Proactive and resourceful with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through

Non-Union role

Base Pay Range: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00
