- Work closely with advisers, stakeholders and internal teams in Finland and Norway to create a smooth customer experience
- Handle account-related administration, customer packages and digital banking set-up activities with attention to detail
- Spot improvement opportunities in daily work and contribute to simpler, smarter and more efficient ways of working across markets
- Share knowledge, support colleagues and help maintain strong operational standards in the team
About you:
- 2-3 years of experience in operational, administrative or customer support delivery, preferably within banking or financial services
- Proven ability to handle complex operational cases independently, assess priorities and make sound day-to-day operational decisions
- Experience in creating structure, maintaining an overview of multiple ongoing cases and ensuring progress across different tasks and stakeholders in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality, with the ability to maintain high standards even when handling time-sensitive requests
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to balance speed, quality, risk awareness and compliance requirements
- Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with advisers, stakeholders and colleagues across more than one market
- Proactive approach to learning, knowledge sharing and identifying improvements in processes, routines and ways of working
- Confidence in supporting colleagues with operational questions, sharing best practices and contributing to consistent delivery standards (previous experience with mentoring would be beneficial)
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively while staying flexible and responding quickly to changing priorities, ad-hoc requests and operational needs
- Upper-intermediate English skills, both written and spoken; language skills in Finnish or Norwegian would be beneficial
